How It Works
Please email to us the following information for a quote:-
- Length of audio file
- How many voices are on the audio file.
- Required turnaround – i.e. standard turnaround up to 5 working days or priority turnaround up to 48 hours.
- We will then send you a quote to agree.
- Once quote is agreed, please forward the audio file to be transcribed.
- Your transcript will be sent back to you when completed, together with an invoice.
- Invoices to be paid within 28 days of the date of the invoice.
- All transcripts and audio files will be destroyed.
Charges
Standard turnaround - up to 5 working days.
0.65p per audio minute – up to two voices
0.75p per audio minute – up to five voices
0.85p per audio minute – five voices plus
For priority turnaround – up to 48 hours
0.85p per audio minute – up to two voices
0.95p per audio minute – up to five voices
1.05p per audio minute – five voices plus
